Back pain cures

 Now that I have found a cure for the pain of my back pain I would like to share this knowledge with others. 
Not every cure works the same way for everyone, you have to find the one that works for you. 
I can only tell you what worked for me. My search for relief took over twenty years and I tried many different things. The cure that works for me is yoga. 
 The stretching and movements of yoga have given me relief from the pain, so this works for me. 
If you suffer from lower back pain I would recommend you try some of these movements. Please remember that they may not work for you but also remember to not give up the search for relief of the pain. You will find a solution. 
The name of yoga is used to cover many different types of exercise and stretching systems. 
The yoga system that I have discovered that works for me is called Iyengar yoga. The reason I started with this is because my wife was doing it ! I tried an exercise she found for me in the book called "light on yoga" by B.K.S. Iyengar it worked ! Almost immediately there was less pain I continued with the exercise's daily and after about 2 weeks there was no more back pain. You cannot imagine the relief. No pain the change in my was life was incredible ! Everything changed for me, for the better.
